I hate it to log into an App. Such a waste of time

The app might be great. I have not had the chance to evaluate it, because I refuse to register just to try out. So stupid ...

i am exited

the best app. Please have a comment function and everything is fantastic. I am excited

Pretty great - but no chance to save or print

Great App, great to tell your story and share it online. Very easy to use! But needs some improvement: 1. I want to be able to save my story somehow on my hard drive! 2. There should be a way to change privacy-settings! I want to chose who may read my story and who may not. 3. There are too many restrictions concerning the layout and the position or size of pictures.

Wonderful App

Agree, thats a wonderful app. I see great use for visual bloggers (e.g. Trip reports and stuff like that). Will definitely try during my next trip. I know its easier to use on an iPad but would love to see an iPhone version too.

Fantastic stories

I love the well put together stories and how simple it is to create one on your own. What seems revolutionary is how video snippets can be integrated seamlessly into the story flow.

Awesome

Best app I ever saw!!!

Is it a bug...

... or really an Update? It doesnt make any Sense to me. No more Stories, just an app without content. Sorry, I dont get it. Bye Storehouse.

I dont get it

I somehow cant figure out how to see other peoples storys since the update. Even if there is that feature (and isnt that the most important one?) I just cant find it.

I need offline editing

I am ok with the redesign but I really need the offline creating and editing option back, otherwise its useless for me as a traveler. Sorry...

Ok... Privacy finally... But...

You managed to build a privacy option in it but where did all the beautifull public stories go? We want BOTH in this software. Please change this asap!!

Used to be fantastic - now ...

From 5 star to 1 star (zero star would be more appropriate). Since version 2.0 you cannot discover stories any more and all saved stories are gone ! Why not let the user decide which story shall be private and which public ? Now everything is private so one cannot discover any stories (and people) any more.

F@cebook for stories

No thanks. Another lengthy privacy policy where I am the product for the privilege of inserting some photos/video into a story page. Seriously?

Perfect way to tell stories

This is an app I have been waiting for! Better than Flickr or other photo-sharing web sites that allow you to upload pictures but not tell a story; way easier to use than creating your own web sites. And the iPad is the perfect platform for doing this. Some version 1.0 shortcomings: at the moment all stories are public - it would be (very) nice to limit access to named people; some other obvious features like listing all *my* stories are lacking but hopefully forthcoming. A feature to search stories by tags or genres will be indispensable very very soon... The blog on the web site could be a little more forthcoming about stuff like this, but then again they only launched yesterday… :-) I will pay for this app - and if there is a way to back up my stories to another place (Dropbox or even local computer) this will become the only way I share my stories. Way to go guys - looking forward to telling lots of stories.

Register?

Perhaps the app is nice or something but I didnt get very far. Right away you are required to register. Register for what? No thanks. The app lasted less than two min. On my iPad.

Really cool

This is a really cool app, it should have a tag search system though.

Looks very promising

Storehouse just launched an app yesterday which offered to really simplify the ability to publish great image quality with text on the iPad or iPhone. Video segments (up to 30 second clips) can be used with up to 50 photos per story. I thought it seemed promising, so wanted to try it out. I am very impressed. One thing I had to do was upload much higher resolution copies of my photographs, as this app shows remarkable detail on a Retina display! Click on any image to see... It expands to full screen width. I havent tried to incorporate video yet but if you look at some of the early submissions, they are impressive! I think this app has really brought self-publishing of visual storytelling up a notch, and legitimized the iPad as a creative tool.

Visual Storytelling done right!

Very intuitive user interface makes this app a joy to use. Share your photographs and videos within the app and on a well presented webpage. Easy to use and well integrated with your photo library, Flickr, Instagram, Dropbox, etc. I was hoping to see something like this integrated inside Apple Aperture...

Gorgeous & Creative

This is one of the most well-designed and creative app Ive come across. It is meant for the iPad with retina display. Everything looks so good that it makes me appreciate my iPad more. It is a neat way to tell your story by posting pictures or uploading a piece of video. It goes out of the traditional way of writing a status or posting a picture with caption like on Facebook. For the others, why are you whining about signing up? It takes you 1 minute max. People are getting real lazy lately huh?

Dishonest

Why do the people who wrote this app not tell you beforehand that you need to register? Instead, you open the app and the first thing you feel is deceived.

Registration Needed.

Another, lets share & communicate app. Wants your info before you test. Not worth my or my familys time. Rather spend those registration & unregistration mins with my kids telling stories. Agree with previous post by Looney4Tunes. A lengthy privacy policy!?
